 Kilhan Construction were appointed as the External Landscaping Contractor on this development.  Timber Yard comprises two residential buildings which boasts a collection of 379 modern apartments in Birmingham’s Southside district. The East Block, features stylish one, two and three bedroom apartments while the West Block includes a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments. Both buildings surround a private landscaped courtyard garden with a large amount of properties having outside space whether it be a terrace, balcony or winter garden. Our package consists of Bespoke RC Pocket Parks, Stairs, Planters & Link Bridge, Granite Steps, & a Permeable Landscaped Podium Courtyard Garden Space, inclusive of a 1,300m2 Permavoid Stormwater Management System and Private Terraces.
