Redevelopment of former HMRC site into a 306 unit Build-to-Rent scheme in the heart of Milton Keynes.
Kilhan are providing the full Groundworks, RC Frame & External Works package which incorporated a basement to the full footprint of the site, large podium and 4nr blocks from 5 storey to 14 storey. The RC Frame also included the installation of the Stairmaster formwork system to allow access to each floor as works progressed.
