Stroudley Walk

Construction of a new neighbourhood at Stroudley Walk in Bromley by Bow, providing 274 new homes. This regeneration scheme will be spread across four blocks of 5, 6, 7 and 26 storeys.
Kilhan are providing the full Groundworks and RC Frame packages for all 4 blocks.
The raft core for the 26 storey tower incorporated a single concrete pour of 850m3 which was completed within a single 10 hour window.
The large core to the 26 storey block is being formed using a Jump System to reduce crane time and allow the floors slab of the frame to be turned around in a shorter period of time.
