Kilhan Construction has been appointed as the Groundworks & RC Frame Contractor for this development; works package consisting of 3nr Tower Block ranging from 8 storeys to 27 & a Large landscaped podium, & 3nr Tower Cranes

The Raft slab for the 27 Storey building consisted of circa 1,800m3 of concrete all poured in one day, The core is formed using a slipform formwork system, The crane for this particular block is the largest free standing Tower Crane currently in operation in the UK
