Kilhan Construction were appointed as the Specialist Demolition Contractor on the above development. Located in Birmingham’s vibrant Jewellery Quarter, this exciting mixed-use development will feature a superb choice of one, two and three bedroom apartments, including duplexes, offering residents a space for contemporary living in the UK’s second city.
As well as 305 residential units, St Paul’s Quarter will comprise an impressive 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial and business space, providing residents with an excellent choice of shops, restaurants and bars.
Our Package consisted of demolition of 16nr buildings, within a conservation area, and adjacent Grade II listed buildings.
