Kilhan Construction were appointed as then Preferred Contractor on the above development to carry out the Demolition, Groundworks inclusive of Basements, RC Frames & All External Hard Landscaping.
Islington Square is a new mixed use development in Islington, London N1. The 4.5 acre development includes flats, shops, restaurants, offices, a health club and cinema. The former North London Mail Centre was redeveloped as Islington Square, a 500,000 sq ft mixed use shopping and residential district in London’s N1.
Our package consisted of various complex designs, from demolition inclusive of Retained Facades, Construction of an RC Frame within an existing building; Bespoke Temporary Works solutions, and over 6,000m2 of Granite External Landscaping.
