Garratt Mills – McAleer & Rushe
Initially carried out the Demolition and Enabling Works package which included the demolition of an existing commercial unit and breaking out the concrete oversite.
Full groundworks package of Piling Mat, Piling Attendance, Segregation & Removal of Contaminated Spoil, Pile Caps & Ground Beams and Ground Floor including all substructure drainage.
Installation of 2no attenuation tanks with the surface water outfall to the River Wandle including liaising with the Rivers Agency.
Works commenced on site November 2020 with completion in the summer of 2021.
