Redevelpoment of a derelict factory into 48nr apartments within the London Borough of Newham.
The development is being built to Passivhaus specification which allows for the buildings to be created to rigorous energy efficient design standards so that they maintain an almost constant temperature.
Kilhan are providing the full Groundworks and RC Frame package to the 2nr Apartment Blocks, and are also carrying out the Groundworks to the terraced housing elements of the development.
