Bowback House is a Build-to-Rent development in Milton Keynes it will deliver 306 quality new homes in the city centre, including an allocation of 43 affordable housing apartments. Spanning up to 14 floors, the scheme will further provide c.25,500 sqft of external amenity space and c.10,000 sqft of internal retail and amenity space.
