Kilhan Construction have been appointed as the Groundworks and RC Frame contractor for the residential development at Upper Trinity Street in Digbeth, Birmingham. This 182,986 sq ft scheme marks the first phase of a wider regeneration masterplan for the area and will deliver a total of 211 new homes, comprising 115 one-bedroom and 96 two-bedroom apartments.
The project forms part of a long-term vision to revitalise Digbeth and provide high-quality, city-centre living with strong community integration. Kilhan’s package includes all groundworks and the construction of reinforced concrete frames across the development, supporting a design focused on modern urban living.
