Kilhan Construction have been appointed to deliver the enabling and groundworks package at Hurricane Way in Langley, Slough. The project represents the company’s first collaboration with Now Construction.
The scope of works includes enabling works and a full groundworks package, incorporating foundations, drainage infrastructure and service installations across the development.

Kilhan Construction have been appointed to deliver the Groundworks and RC Frame packages for a new student accommodation development at Loughborough University. The scheme includes five accommodation blocks alongside an additional plant room building within the campus.
Works began with an early enabling package and site strip, ahead of drainage and full groundworks progressing across the development. The reinforced concrete frames for the five blocks will be supported by three tower cranes as construction advances.

Kilhan Construction have secured their second project with Caddick Construction at the Bicycle Works development in Wolverhampton, further strengthening the growing partnership between the two companies.
The works package includes groundworks and reinforced concrete frames for three structures, supported by two cranes. Additional works include new sewer connections and a full external works package to support the wider development.

Kilhan Construction have been appointed to deliver the groundworks and external works packages for the redevelopment of the secondary and sixth form campus at Castle Rock School in Coalville, Leicestershire.
The works include enabling activities, site access preparations, sewer diversions, stripping of existing sports pitches, pad foundations and drainage installations. Kilhan will return later in the programme to complete the external works package across the site.

Kilhan Construction are currently delivering enabling, groundworks and structural works at Whalebones Park in Barnet. This new residential project, in collaboration with Hills Partnerships, will provide 115 new homes — a mix of traditional houses and three apartment blocks — alongside an additional apartment block on a neighbouring site.
Kilhan’s package includes infrastructure roads and drainage, pile mats and attendance, foundations for the houses, and full substructure and superstructure works for the three reinforced concrete frames. Our scope also covers utility installations and a hard landscaping package.
Site stripping is now complete, and construction is expected to run for approximately two years.

Kilhan Construction have been appointed to deliver the full groundworks package at Middle Watch in Swavesey, Cambridge — a 70-unit mixed housing development comprising both houses and apartments. The scheme strengthens Kilhan’s ongoing partnership with Hills Partnerships.
Our comprehensive works package includes site stripping, reduced level excavation, pile mats and attendance, ground beams, utility installations, infrastructure drainage and roadworks. Final landscaping will include the creation of an attenuation pond at the rear of the site.
Works are already underway, with substructure activities continuing through summer 2026. Kilhan will return later that year to complete the hard landscaping phase.

Kilhan Construction is currently delivering the Groundworks and RC Frame package for the landmark Lower Essex Street development in central Birmingham. This mixed-use, residential-led scheme will comprise 627 apartments and approximately 20,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Kilhan Construction have been appointed as the Groundworks and RC Frame contractor for the residential development at Upper Trinity Street in Digbeth, Birmingham. This 182,986 sq ft scheme marks the first phase of a wider regeneration masterplan for the area and will deliver a total of 211 new homes, comprising 115 one-bedroom and 96 two-bedroom apartments.
