Galliard Homes appointed Kilhan Construction to carry out the full Groundworks and RC Frame package at Neptune Wharf, Deptford. The development consists of seven blocks ranging in height from 3 to 12 storeys, including a large podium slab that spans four of the buildings (Blocks C, D, E, and F). The project also includes two steel-framed commercial units that form part of the mixed-use scheme.
Our work involved installing all associated drainage, attenuation tanks, and service connections across the site. The RC Frames and podium slab were delivered with precision, ensuring alignment with the overall build programme. The external works package included hard landscaping and additional infrastructure to support both the commercial and residential aspects of the development.
Kilhan began on site in December 2021 with an initial 10-month programme of works, delivering on time and to specification for this high-profile regeneration project in southeast London.
