Kilhan Construction was appointed to deliver demolition, enabling works, and land remediation for the high-profile Hurlingham Retail Park redevelopment. Situated on a 3.2-acre Thames-front site in Fulham, this prime project marks a major transformation of the area. It offers sweeping views of the river and a prestigious City of London location.
Our work involved the careful demolition of an existing retail unit, followed by extensive enabling and remediation works to prepare the site for the next phase of construction. The team worked efficiently and safely within a complex urban environment, laying the groundwork for the development of 269 luxury residential units and over 21,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail and commercial space.
The project will ultimately include 24,000 sq ft of landscaped areas, including access to new riverwalks for residents and the local community – a key element in regenerating this sought-after riverside location.
