Britain GAA Announces Kilhan Construction as New Main Sponsor of the ABCs

Britain GAA has announced a landmark three-year partnership with Kilhan Construction, who will join as a new main sponsor of the All Britain Competition (ABCs) — the flagship youth Gaelic Games festival in Britain.

The ABCs is a four-day celebration of sport, bringing together children aged 5–17 from clubs and schools across Britain. The 2024 event saw a record-breaking 3,887 participants compete in 865 games, highlighting the continued growth and importance of Gaelic Games within the community.

Sean Hopkins, Chairperson of Britain GAA, shared his appreciation for the partnership, stating: “Partnerships like this are vital in keeping the ABCs alive and thriving. Kilhan Construction’s support will directly contribute to the development of the next generation of Gaelic Games players and strengthen our sporting communities across Britain.”

The 2025 competition will run from 3rd to 6th July at The Hazelwood Centre in Sunbury-on-Thames, hosted by Gael Londain.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Managing Director Michael Kilcoyne said: “As a company with Irish roots and a passion for community support, we are thrilled to partner with the ABCs. The work Britain GAA does in promoting youth development and fostering a love for Gaelic Games is truly inspiring.”

Kilhan Construction remains deeply committed to charitable partnerships and youth sports sponsorships, supporting future generations and strengthening cultural ties across Britain.
