Kilhan Charity Run 2024: A Community’s Commitment to Making a Difference

Our 5th annual Kilhan Charity Run took place on 14th September 2024, bringing together 187 runners in Gladstone Park for a half marathon, 10k, and 5k event in support of The Centre for ADHD and Autism Support (CAAS). Under clear blue skies, families, suppliers, contractors, friends, and local supporters turned out in force, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of community spirit and generosity.

The event raised over £106,000, contributing significantly to CAAS’s vital work with individuals and families affected by ADHD and autism across North-West London. Since the first run in 2020—when 15 runners raised £18,000—the event has grown into a major community fixture, welcoming participants from ages six to sixty.

Speaking about the day, Managing Director Michael Kilcoyne said: “CAAS is a charity that holds a special place in our hearts, and we are full of gratitude for the support we’ve received in raising funds for such a meaningful cause. Family, friends, and community are the cornerstones on which Kilhan Construction was built.”

The spirit of giving continued with a post-race raffle, raising £5,000 for Brent Irish Advisory Service (BIAS) and its Active Ageing Clubs. CAAS and BIAS both expressed heartfelt thanks for the ongoing support.
